ACCESS AND/OR USE OF THE WEBSITE BY YOU SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
No refunds of any kind are allowed for orders placed with Bandito’s unless deemed warranted by the restaurant. At the restaurants discretion they may issue an instore credit to the customer if deemed applicable by the restaurant.
DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
Delivery: We aim to deliver your order promptly to the address specified at the time of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and delivery service quality may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Take-Out/Pickup: If you choose to pick up your order, it will be available at our listed business address during normal business hours. Exceptions shall not be made if orders are not collected prior to close of business.
Failed Delivery: If you are not available to receive the delivery at the specified address and time, we reserve the right to retain the payment as compensation for our efforts.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us directly. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
You agree to contact us in writing prior to initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. In the event of a dispute, we will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the suspension of your access to Bandito’s goods and services and further legal action to recover any amounts owed, including any court fees, legal fees, and other associated fees and expenses.
